Emre Agrasoy – Founder
Emre Agrasoy founded Agrasoy Realty in 2006 upon completion of his Master of Arts in Economics at McGill University. He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
Emre began his career as a Marketing Specialist at DHL (Deutsche Post Worldwide Net)’ in Bonn, Germany. He worked as an Export Manager at Merem Textile in Istanbul. Upon completion of his Master of Arts in Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Emre joined ROI in 2006 as a Research Analyst. He was promoted to work as an Account Executive in charge of European lead generation initiatives in December 2007. In November 2009, Mr. Agrasoy was promoted to the position of Director of Operations, Public Sector, overseeing worldwide operations. As Executive Director, Operations, Emre was responsible for managing ROI’s team while maximizing productivity and ensuring the highest quality on all deliverables.
At Agrasoy Realty, Emre has been assisting tenants in Montreal in transferring their lease and subletting their apartments. He also offers his rental promotion and property management services to owners/landlords across the Island. He manages a great team of property managers and rental agents. Besides his passion in real estate investment, he enjoys skiing, kayaking, playing basketball and tennis.
Gwen Linares – General Manager
As General Manager at Agrasoy Realty, Gwen leads daily operations and supports tenants, owners, and partners with dedication and professionalism.
Her background in real estate, customer service, and digital solutions allows her to streamline processes, improve communication, and create a positive experience for every client. Passionate about organization and problem-solving, Gwen ensures each building under her responsibility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Michael McLellan – Leasing Manager
Michael McLellan – Leasing ManagerMichael recently graduated from Le college de l’Immobilier du Quebec and has been working to build his career in the real estate industry. He’s worked in customer-focused roles like bartending and personal shopping, which helped him develop his skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about traveling, discovering new music, and spending time in nature. He also enjoy working out, reading at the park, and creating meaningful connections with people.
He’s excited about joining Agrasoy Realty because of its reputation for providing exceptional service in property management and leasing. The company’s focus on creating positive experiences for both tenants and property owners aligns perfectly with my values. He looks forward to contributing to the team by building strong client relationships and growing alongside a dynamic company.
Fun fact: He once spent several months travelling solo through Southeast Asia, and it was truly life changing. It taught him to stay resilient and to appreciate the growth that comes from stepping outside the comfort zone.
Chloe Bartel – Property Manager
She has just graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce at John Molson School of Business, specializing in Management. She has a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and team collaboration. Her international background has equipped her with excellent communication skills and adaptability. With over three years of professional experience in hospitality and customer service, she has developed strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to enhance client experiences.
She’s excited to join Agrasoy Realty for its reputation for excellence in property management and its dynamic work environment. She looks forward to learning from industry professionals and growing in a fast-paced, rewarding field.
Outside of work, She loves traveling and exploring new cultures, which has fueled her passion for learning languages. Fun fact: She has lived in four countries—France, Mexico, the United States, and Canada!
Asmaa Lamrini – Leasing Manager
Trained as an architect, my journey has been shaped by diverse cultures and influences — from Fine Arts studies in Moscow, to architecture in Paris, and ultimately earning my degree in Morocco. After several years of experience working as an architect, I developed an approach that blends artistic rigor, attention to detail, and an international perspective.
Passionate about travel, I draw inspiration from cities, landscapes, and human connections, constantly seeking new perspectives.
Today, I’ve chosen to step outside the traditional path and embrace a new challenge as a leasing agent at Agrasoy. Driven by movement, human interaction, and the energy of the field, I’ve traded the desk for a more dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Because for me, growth means never standing still.
