The Property Manager Role:
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in managing our property portfolio and ensuring we meet our company goals. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leasing and Tenant Management: Showcase our available units, process applications, and guide tenants through the leasing process. Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive living experience.
- Maintaining Our Properties: Oversee maintenance requests, coordinate with contractors, and build strong relationships to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Conduct regular inspections and make informed decisions in case of emergencies.

- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
